    - Beber 2l de agua por dia (agua e/ou suco de fruta de natural);

    - Praticar exercício físico pelo menos 3x por semana;

    - Consumir 5 porções de fruta/legume por dia (5 no total, entre frutas,verduras,legumes);

    - Colocar seu peso uma vez por semana;
